Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The shipping rate will be displayed at the last step of check-out. You can inquire the shipping cost by proceeding the check-out. The product is shipped from the Netherlands with express carrier like DHL and the shipping time is maximum 5 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.
Items can be shipped to over 57 countries and regions. These include:

No Shipment to P.O. boxes
All shipments require a signature upon receipt, therefore we don't accept P.O. box as a shipping address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The shipments are shipped from the Netherlands, and the shipping cost is not including your local customs clearance, duties, and sales taxes.
If you are located in the European Union, you will not be asked for customs clearance, duties.
If you are not accepting the custom duties/clearance fees and the goods are returned to the Netherlands then we will charge you for the two-way shipping fees.
Customers in European Union will be charged VAT. If you are a company in Europe, please fill in your VAT number. The system will exempt the VAT automatically. ( In Netherlands, a company still need to pay VAT even fill in VAT number)
In case you didn't fill in VAT number in the first place under shipping address, we are not able to modify the invoice once the order is completed.
No VAT will be charged for none-EU customers.
